I can fall asleep on an empty stomach, but I can't work when I'm hungry. If I have a big enough lunch, that can carry me all the way to bedtime, some nights after work I just have a few booze pills and eat a pb&j just because I don't try to skip dinner currently.

I just finished my first 16 hours of nofood, it was pretty easy tbh.

I will post my updated thoughts about this eating schedule at the end of the week.

This is what I did to lose some weight a few years back. I'd just eat one large meal every 24 hrs instead of small meals throughout the day. That way I'd feel full at least once a day instead of unsatisfied every time I ate.
